At HAKA Clothing we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times. 

We take pride in the quality of our product and inspect every item to ensure the product we send on to you is the best it can be.

If you do receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please return item to our HAKA HQ or contact our team at returns@hakaclothing.com to discuss further.

When returning items to our HAKA HQ it is really important you place inside parcel your completed HAKA Returns Form.  Otherwise we cannot process return as we cannot identify parcel to your order.  Please locate the 'HAKA Returns Form' enclosed in your parcel we sent you for further instructions.  If you have misplaced this 'HAKA Returns Form' or need further help please contact our team at returns@hakaclothing.com so we can send you the HAKA Returns form to fill out and place inside your parcel with returning items.

If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know straight away. Get in touch with our Customer Service team at returns@hakaclothing.com.

 

NEW ZEALAND PURCHASES

If for any reason you are not happy with any of the items purchased online, you can return or exchange any purchased item(s) 30days from date of purchase. 

Items must be in an unworn condition with all the garment tags still attached.  We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour of the same value. If there is a difference in value we will refund or ask for you to cover the difference in price. We will refuse returns of items where it is apparent that the conditions have not been met. 

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by HAKA.   If the item is deemed faulty, postage will be refunded.
We recommend you return your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return. HAKA is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Any exchanges will be sent back to the purchaser for FREE.

If you wish to exchange an item, occasionally there are times when we may be out of stock for the new size or colour you are after. If we can't supply your new item/s we'll refund you through your original payment method on product only.

Refund will be processed with 5 working days after receiving ‘Returned’ item after product has been checked all conditions have been met.

 

AUSTRALIAN PURCHASES


If for any reason you are not happy with any of the items purchased online, you can return any purchased item(s) 30days from date of purchase. 

Unfortunately we can't offer ‘Exchanges’ on orders delivered to Australia at this time.  All returns will be automatically refunded and you'll need to order any new sizes or colours via the website again.
